Confirm USB/Thunderbolt/Audio interface connection and cables.
Reinstall drivers with device disconnected, then connect after reboot.
Try different USB port and a powered USB hub (if bus-power issues).

On macOS, allow kernel extensions or driver permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security after installing, then reboot.

If Control Panel warns about firmware mismatch, follow Antelope’s instructions exactly; firmware updates can be irreversible.

You installed the driver, but the control panel is greyed out or says "No Device." Troubleshooting tips

Solution 1 (Cable): Try a different USB or Thunderbolt cable. These units require high bandwidth; a cheap cable can fail even if it works for other devices.

Solution 2 (Firmware): Sometimes the control panel firmware needs to update the hardware firmware. If the control panel sees the unit but asks for a firmware update, perform it immediately. Do not turn off the unit during this process.

Solution 3 (Driver Conflict): If you have previously installed drivers for a different Antelope product (like a Zen Tour) on the same machine, they can sometimes conflict. Uninstall the Antelope Launcher/Drivers completely and reinstall the fresh Unified Driver.
